The Burnley® Baffles, our internationally patented dust suppression device, continues to travel the world.
Last year Mideco signed an agreement with QuingDago DS, Environment Protection Technology Co Ltd. According to the agreement the company will promote and sell Burnley® Baffles to their Chinese clients for the next 5 years. The first order was dispatched in early January this year.
The Baffles will be employed at one of the grain processing facilities, particularly the one dealing with soybean.
Mideco is currently involved with several projects in China. The geographical position makes China a logical partner. In the area of dust extraction solutions and design our only competition is located in the US and Latin America, which means higher shipment costs. In addition, our dust suppression equipment is much more reasonably priced then competitive products and includes support engineering.
With the population of more than 1.2 billion China is the world’s leading importer and exporter of grain. With the population growing and more grain processing facilities built every year the country will be in high demand for dust suppression equipment like Burnley® Baffles.
We are confident it will be another successful partnership for Mideco.
