Filters upgrade for the regular Bat Booth® model

New year, new Bat Booth®!

Bat Booth®, our hero personnel dedusting system, has been given an upgrade.

Mideco is pleased to announce that from February this year our regular Bat Booth® model will be supplied with new improved filters – HEPA. These filters, replacing previously used F9 model, are highly efficient in capturing and retaining the dangerous silica dust. This toxic dust, a 100 times smaller than a grain of sand, can lead to the development of lung cancer, silicosis, kidney disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The Australian Cancer Council estimates that approximately 230 people each year may develop lung cancer as a result of past exposure to silica dust at work.

As it is our Bat Booth® is already 75% effective in not only removing but capturing dust in your workplace. Now it will have even a greater impact. From February all of our Bat Booth® models will be equipped with HEPA filter cartridges that comply with the latest American NIOSH standard.
